❗ Must be 35 years or older to rent this property.
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Individual renting the house needs to be at least 32 years of age and needs to present proof of ID for reservation to be approved.
