There was no fridge in the room, so had to notify the staff 4 times before a fridge was finally delivered and installed. Some others that were with me didn’t have a microwave in their room. The staff was nice but didn’t really offer any options. I finally got a fridge my last 24 hours of my 72 hour stay.

Everyone was awesome. Especially the the gentleman who was maintenance/housekerping. The air in my room was out he immediately moved me to another room transition was smooth. The property does need at least one Keurig coffee machine. Coffee drinkers will bring our own k-cups

Overall we had a great stay. The breakfast wasn’t great. First morning was good second morning the only option was pancakes. The bathroom in our room needed some touch ups. Paint was peeling but the room itself was great. No microwave in the room and the refrigerator was just sitting on the floor. I would stay here again.

I didn't like that we had to call for linen for the pull-out bed that they knew we would be using. Also, there was only 1 hanger in the closet! No extra pillows either.

Easy access from highways, close to good places to eat and Texas Live is nearby. Had to change rooms 4 times when I checked because of AC not working and locks, but ended up with a good room that was clean and comfy. Front desk apologized for the room changes and informed that a renovation of the facilities has been scheduled. Breakfast could use a little more pizzaz because they served exact same things during my whole stay that week. Staff is VERY friendly, accommodating and helpful.

My room was lovely, very clean and very spacious. However, the hallways seemed to lack climate control and the elevators were dirty, smelled of smoke and were missing buttons.

Property location was good and real convenient. Bad part was the front desk think his name was josh. He was rude. I understand rooms were full be he didnt bother looking up on the computer if we can move to another room he just said no. With out looking at any info on computer. He was real lazy and didnt bother on helping a costumer.

I really enjoyed everything except for one lady during the breakfast. She was rude and was always hovering over everyone and rushing us to get our food and leave. Everyone else was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy at the counter was super nice and got us checked in fast. We made our way to our room. Once we got off the elevator there was a stong weed smell and the hallway was smoky. Thankfully it didnt smell in our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and the ladies were nice. It was too packed so we didn't eat, just got coffee. Overalll experience was good.

Nice Staff but rooms not up to par.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however our room was not acceptable to be rented out. Missing Tv, broken curtains, broken light fixtures with wires and sharp edges exposed, broken and MILDEWED fridge. Explained condition ls too management and they did offer $50 refund. Full refund would have been more appropriate considering I loss all the baby formula I brought due to lack of refrigeration.

I made reservations for two king rooms one for my 85 year old father to take him the next morning to the cowboys game we live nearby but he doesn’t walk well and needed to be close to the venue Upon my arrival I was told that they changed my king to a double queen room. I replied thst I had rented 2 rooms 1 in my name and one in his. They said we only show one room and there was nothing that they could do. I tried to reach you as I needed to talk to someone immediately. I called every number available at hotels.com and finally called the em outro at Marriott who told me that they could place us in another hotel 10 miles away. I asked and it was so much further and they said no and we got the room with two doubles I went to work in the refund part and the envoy agent said for he to settle this with so I got to try to chat as my confirmation number didn’t work. I finally finished and spoke to someone at hotels. Com the made a ticket and told me I would need to wait 72 hours. In that time I devoted to this I was made to Wh more my father and we missed dinner. This was to be a trip for him due to his age and condition. Day one was ruined by this ridiculousness. We are all very irritated with Hotels. Com and will not be using your service again. The only one who really assisted me and hung in to help was the Envoy agent. Very nice. Otherwise I spent all night on text chat resolving little, missed dinner with my dad and had to share a bedroom with him. Very awkward

My room was large and quite clean. Although I was next to the elevators it was not noisy. Breakfast was just okay but still satisfied.

*Let’s start with only ONE elevator working. *The carpets smelled of mold/mildew upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor. * I requested another room with 20 min of arriving (mine 1st door next to elevator) due to the noise level and was given a room next to the LAST room and when I asked were they full I was informed “No” yet I’m over 65yo with a limp. That was just MEAN 😪 *Lastly, they ran out of small free water, shower caps and lotions 😳 I’ve stayed at a SH Suite previously however this stay left me VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔
