Correct mais sans plus...
Vraiment très de base comne accomodation. On s’attendait, par exemple, à avokr du savon à main dans la salle de bain mais non, rien. C’est aussi limite pour deux personnes. Ce dit, pour dormir seulement, ça peut le faire.

Proche du centre ville, de la gare de bus et de train, le bâtiment est bien situé. La chambre en elle-même est petite, fonctionnelle et propre. Le matelas manque de confort, et le bâtiment est plutôt mal insonorisé. Bon séjour tout de meme.

Hôtel propre et pratique, oreiller à changer
Hôtel archives propre avec chambre bien équipée (bouilloire, grille-pain...) parfait pour cuisiner. Seuls les oreillers étaient très nuls, difficiles de se caller. Notre chambre donnait sur la voie ferrée (à10m) mais avec les volets, on n'a finalement pas été gênés.

Don’t stay here unless you have no option.
The accommodation is over priced for what you get. There were hairs and black pubic hair in the bed when I pulled back the duvet - something I wasn’t expecting to see. The bedding is poor quality; the pillows are flat micro fibre, duvet thin micro fibre and the mattress cover is thin almost see through, the mattress is poor quality too. When I took a shower the ON handle came off in my hand and the shower tray filled to the top over flowing into the bathroom, the plug was blocked with hair - disgusting. The toilet flush button was broken too. This property is badly maintained. I paid £101 for this room and it was not fit for purpose and is certainly not worth the money I paid. I complained about the room and was moved to an alternative room. I think it is worth £45 nothing more than that, the accommodation is over priced. Don’t stay here unless you have no option.

Incomodísima la cama!
La cama era demasiado incómoda, era como estar durmiendo arriba de los resortes. Literal se sentían todas las puntas. No pueden poner ese colchón! Y las sábanas chicas. Menos mal que fue solo una noche! No volvería!

Once we found it - no sign saying City Heart or information confirming City Heart had a different name outside the building. Great little rooms very adequate for an overnight stay, close to supermarket but we found the whole place very hot and were unable to open our ground floor window more than a tiny crack. Kitchen rubbish had not been removed when we arrived so kitchen/dining area was not pleasant to hang out in at first. Plates and mugs present, no bowls. But otherwise comfortable and clean.

The room was way too hot. It was 70 degrees outside but over 80 degrees inside. No air conditioning. Leaving the window open at night only brought the inside temperature down to 74 degrees by morning - and that's with the added noise of the open window and mosquitoes entering the room. Would not stay in the summer again. Mattress was thin and could feel the springs.

Modern room, clean, and simple. Nice view from the window. No soap or shampoo in the room. Otherwise, very close to city center and even closer to the train station in Fort William.

Cheap and Cheerful
Great stay, this please is cheap and cheerful but to be honest none of the local hotels are up to much. Most people going to Fort William are walking Ben Nevis, but there isn't much in Fort William itself. If you visit make sure you eat at the Garrison West!

Freundliches Personal. Das checkin war unkompliziert. Die Zimmer hell und sauber. Das Bad ebenfalls. Die Dusche ist für eher schmale Menschen konzipiert. Das Bett eher schmal für zwei Personen, da es längs an der Wand ist. Super ist, dass es einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und Microwellenherd hat, die man nutzen kann.

Great location, walking distance to main street with all the shops and pubs. Short car drive to Ben Nevis. Two large grocery stores just next door and train station beside them.

Since this was student accommodation I wasn't expecting hotel - or even guest house standards. Indeed the room was quite adequate for my purpose of a night's sleep. On the down side I could only just squeeze into the shower and, once in, could not move to reach to wash my legs and feet. I actually had to stand outside to wash my feet! Think small telephone box. One thing that really should be provided is soap, or at least a clear advance warning that there wouldn't be any. There was a notice on the wall about a pack of welcome goodies but maybe that was only for the students. So, in short, adequate, but don't expect anything other than a bed and a wash basin

Clean and tidy. Good to have self-cook facilities but with limited utensils. No hair dryer is a trouble to me. A bonus is that the steam train will pass by & you can have a close look.

This is a very simple facility. We booked it for sleeping and it did fail to perform on this simple task due to an alarm going off two nights of our three nights stay. No responsible person available who could react on the alarm or turn it off all the night. I kindly asked hotels.com for refund, but they did not answer my mail.

The Cityheart Fort William Campus refused to answer every one of my emails. Shame on them.
I did not stay at the Fort William location. I had made an error on the date I required accomodation. With that said, I contacted the location via email, repeatedly. I never once received the courtesy of a reply. Since they chose not to reply to me, I chose not to cancel my reservation. I would prefer they'd have an empty room, which I paid for, than to receive payment from another traveler, to fill the room which I'd paid for and received no refund. The thing that bothered me the most, was the fact that I did not receive the courtesy of a reply. This is very poor practice, and therefore, I would never recommend making a reservation with them.

The room was very hot – the window could only be opened slightly and it was still really hot all the time. The pillows were almost nonexistent – the stuffing was clumped up and very minimal and old. I woke up with a stiff neck each morning. That paired with the heat of the room meant I didn’t get a good sleep. You are told that the fire alarms in the rooms are extremely sensitive (so much so that steam from the shower will set it off) and they were correct – I was woken up by the fire alarms going off at 7 am one morning. Everyone had to evacuate & the fire brigade came, turns out it was just some burnt toast… The room included towels, however was missing some hotel basics such as hand soap and a bin in the room. The communal kitchen was pretty bare, and the TV in the common room didn’t work. The WiFi was strong - you had to set up an account which was a bit annoying, but at least it worked.

Verrassend goed en ideaal gesitueerd.
Verrassend grote kamer met een volledige ingerichte keuken, goede wifi en ideaal gelegen in het centrum. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken.
