The staff, including the valet drivers were all incredible and super helpful, and recommended done great places to eat. The entire place was clean and stylish, and the bar upstairs was fantastic. I only wish I had more reasons to go to Fort Wayne.

My husband & I stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a wedding and had a great experience. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. The only negative is the parking as there is no parking lot so you have find a space on the street or in the parking garage which is down the street. They have valet but of course you have to pay for it. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant in the lobby is very good.

Very cute but the whole bed was beyond wrinkled. I had just come from a Holiday Inn Express that had impeccable bedding and it cost 1/3 the price of this hotel. The Bradley needs to up their game in order to justify the cost of their hotel. The bed looked like someone just slept in it.

Some friendly feedback. Use softer linens for your beds. Felt like I was sleeping on newspapers. I stayed for 5 days and my room wasn't cleaned once... I had to call and ask for more towels.. My TV was unhooked when I got into my room. The service team had to come up and basically pull the TV off the wall and plug it back in.
