Barefoot Bay 31- Boat Slip⚓ Fish off the dock🎣 Bay front with gorgeous Views!!!!

This bayfront property has a wonderful layout with views of the Santa Rosa Sound from every angle. Located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL, this property is close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen after a day at the beach or a day of boating. Relax in the spacious living room or on the private balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunsets as you unwind for the evening! Public Beach access is a short walk from the property. Fish right off the dock or go crabbing! Great place to go paddle boarding. Bring your boat and dock it at the available boat slip!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a living room with views of the bay, and a private balcony. A master suite with a king size bed and a large bathroom. A guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a large TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out! Washer and dryer in unit.

Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use.

Deep water boat slip available with rental for an additional fee.

Boat slip is 23 ft. x 10 ft. wide. There is a $75.00 fee for boat slip rental. Boats must be insured. Water Hose available at slip. Power cord not furnished, however there is an outlet to use if you bring your own power cord.

Parking: Complex has 2 assigned parking spots. Boat Trailers cannot be parked on property. If you are bringing a boat trailer contact Brooks Bridge Marina or Adventure Marine in regard to parking your boat trailer well in advance as spots are limited.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

Nice condo, dilapidated building, poor customer service
We booked this specific property because it comes with a pontoon (extra fee). I verified my dates were available for the pontoon, booked the condo and then was told to call in the morning to pay for the pontoon rental. When I did that, I was told it was already reserved. When we arrived, I was a little worried. The building look like it has not been taken care of- there were several braces in various places, the entrance is over grown with plants, and there was a large crane beside our window that was a little annoying in the morning. To be fair, maybe they are making updates to the building. Just be aware if you book in the next few months that this is going on. Our condo was absolutely beautiful! We loved the space and it was perfect for our family. The balcony had nice, comfy furniture looking out over the bay. The only problem was the master shower had no hot water. When I messaged the folks to let them know, I was asked to provide them with a picture of the faucet and other information so they could have it fixed AFTER we left. We were told there were no plumbers available. We were offered no solutions whatsoever. Yes, there are 2 showers in the condo. However, I booked the condo so we could have separate showers from the kids. We could have gotten a cheaper place somewhere else with 1 bathroom. I feel like if they were not going to fix it, coupled with the fact that we were not able to rent the boat after I was told it was available, that we should have been compensated in some way. We won’t be back.

The outside doesn't look like much, but the unit was great. The view of the marina was lovely, and we saw geese, cranes and wonderful birds. The unit came with beach gear which was a nice bonus. Property Mgmt was responsive!

2nd time here and very good.
Everything is as advertised and excellent. The water in master bathroom never got hot but the guest bathroom did. This was not a problem since only 2 of us there. They are coming to fix it today. Location is excellent. We did not need boat dock this trip but might in the future. We already have another stay scheduled here.
