The space
This loft is located above the garage at the rear of the property with its own dedicated entrance. There is one full bedroom and one full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and 4 burner electric range oven. There is also a small apartment sized stacking washer dryer in the event you need to do a bit of laundry during your stay. There is off-street parking in the gravel parking spot next to the garage.

There are security cameras that monitor various outdoor areas on the property.
Guest access
There is a dedicated gravel parking spot for this unit next to the garage. Drive, walk, or take the trolley (which runs seasonally) to enjoy all that downtown Fort Myers has to offer.

Please note: we are not walking distance to any beaches.
Other things to note
We are unable to guarantee early check-in (check-in before 3pm) until the day of check-in. Likewise, we are unable to guarantee late check-out (check-out after 11am) until the day of check-out. If you will require early check-in (check-in before 11am), we ask that you book the night before your arrival to ensure the property is available to you. If you will require late check-out (check-out after 3pm), we request that you also book the night of your departure day.
