Not worth the price, the rooms are dirty. The floor is very filthy. Literally roaches on the wall and behind the beds.

It would appear that this particular property is family owned. I love the fact that the staff is there 24 hours. And I’m sure they’re slowly working on renovating some of the rooms. I know they have a small area of sundries and snacks, but it would be nice if they were able to set up a small light breakfast every morning. Maybe that’s the plans down the line. Other than that I think for when I need the property, it is just fine, I do feel the rooms are clean. Linens are clean and again the staff is very friendly and professional. This was my fifth stay at the property.

When I first checked in, they gave me a smoking room which I requested but the TV and the house phone was in operable move me to another room, and there were roaches. My experience here was terrible other than the staff was nice. Would not recommend this.

The room stank like dog pee. The bed was dirty , there was no towels un the bathroom or any toilerets , and no hot water( it was acold night ...so the water was feezing!!)the carpet had a pile of dirt on a side of the room. I went to the front desk to notify the clerk and she said she coulnt do nothing and that no one else had conolaint aboyt no hot water in the showers. She didnt want to change us from rooms because it would tale away her availability on the rooms she had. After i wentfor the 3rd ti.e and ended up changing ny own sheets in the room ,she gave me another room with a single and smaller bed. Mr and my kids Had been on 10 hrs flight , and this was the worst place to come and rest!! Also they adverstised breakfadt amd they only had cofee

I refunded my money but was never given the refund . I was travelling and needed a place to stay but never went due to poor customer service and requested a refund and haven’t received it yet

The manager was attentive to our needs and changed our room to the first floor so we didn't have to carry all the things on the luggage cart. We greatly appreciated helping us in this way!

Just disgusting. Everything in this place smells terrible. AC is in lousy condition, with a broken shower, and carpets need vacuum and deep shampoo ASAP. Awful.

Needed to use excessive strength to turn the shower on, But look like it was recently remodeled in the bathroom. They did not give me a WI.Fi code so I ended up just using my phone's hotspot rather than going back down to the desk. no breakfast but I don't remember if it said it had it or not. Needs plugs bedside to charge phones/laptop etc.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is super nice and very accommodating. The area is known for a lot of homelessness so occasionally if ur a night owl like me, you’ll see one or two trying to sleep in laundry room or under the stairs. All in all my experiences here are all in good standing. I know I’ll be back again soon and I’m looking forward to it and truthfully if it wasn’t for the amazing souls who work here especially the front desk I wouldn’t be coming back but because they are all so welcoming here and generous that’s why I come back. It’s all about customer service to me. I don’t care what the hotel looks like, it’s the staff that makes it what it is and here they have the best customer service team! I love u guys.

No internet; Many cockroaches (I killed 8 of them at a time when I woke up during the night). I got 6 bites by unknown bugs in just one night stay.

The hallway to my room had an unclean odor and the room was not clean either. It was advertised there is free WIFI. There was no WIFI and was not told upon checking in. When I ask how long has the WIFI been down, I was then told a week.

Bilder mal wieder SCAM! Das Hotel hat kein WLAN! Die Zimmer sind dreckig und riechen modrig. Es befanden sich eklige Käfer im Zimmer. Das Bad war eine Zumutung die Dusche war wirklich ekelhaft. Im Zimmer war es sehr kalt bin am nächsten morgen krank geworden. Das Bett war ekelhaft und ich konnte es kaum erwartet das Motel wieder zu verlassen.
