Sejour de deux jours mediocre malgre l accueil très sympathique on a trouvee un cafard dans le frigo et en plus la chambre etait une glaciere c etait horrible je n y reviendrai plus

This property had termites in our room shower had no water pressure and then rooms had to be changed and it was bugs in our luggage and drinks and food

Termites in room 406, we woke up the next day with the bugs all in and around our drinks. Inside food, inside the A/C unit and in THE BED!!Hotel staff was already aware of problem but in another room. Took hours to switch our room. Upon packing our clothes before checkout on 4/30/24 we found dead bugs all in our luggage! Hotel staff at checkout was also aware of the termite problem and very nonchalant about it, except the manager on duty at that time. Since we booked through a 3rd party nobody tried to be accommodating

Hi Black, Housekeeping is done every other day at our hotel not daily. If your stay is two days or less, you will not receive service unless requested. Hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you staying with us.

Kathy in the breakfast was always attentive and friendly which made my experience very exceptional. One minor issue with construction across the street had water extraction running around the clock and should have a noise ordinance during sleeping hours but hotel cannot control that.

Because we're in South Florida, we experience very few days with cool temperatures, so our pool is usually 76-80 degrees from the heat of the sun. We apologize that you didn't have this experience. We found shards of glass on the carpet and a staple. All were found with my bare feet. Staff was very nice and apologetic and took care of the price for the room.
