Terrible. Pool heater and AC didn't work. Owner is unresponsive and will ignore you.
My family and I flew down for a Friday-Monday trip with the sole intention of lounging in the *heated* pool. It didn't work. It was freezing; I couldn't even get in it (my 5 year old went in it for a short time and then didn't want to get back in for the rest of the trip). I brought this to the owner's attention when we checked in and he said he would have "his guy" come check it. I saw the neighbor come over and look at it and didn't hear anything back from the owner. I texted him a few hours later to check on the status. The owner said he called for service. This was Friday. On Saturday the house is almost 80 degrees and the AC appears to also not be working. I text the owner. No response. By Sunday evening I still have not heard from the owner, so I text him AGAIN. He replies that he is out of the country. This is inexcusable. I am paying for a vacation I am not getting and if you are going to be out of the country you should make sure someone is there to take care of your rental property because you run a business. The firepit is no longer there and there are no pool toys as mentioned in previous reviews. I asked the owner for a partial refund and he agreed and asked me what I thought was fair. I told him I thought the price for one night was fair. He told me that was too much and then proceeded to IGNORE me and never returned my message. So, I didn't receive any kind of refund after he'd agreed to one. Stay away from this one, folks.
