Il ny a peraonne qui travaille a cet hotel, nous sommes acceuillis par une machine. Tres tres impersonnel et malaisant. Lhotel etait rempli de jeunes qui flanaient partout, des fens venait a la piscine sans meme etre a lhotel.

Enregistrement via un écran le réceptionniste n’est pas sur place. Le personnel présent est sympathique pas de soucis mais ne parlait pas anglais. Bémol le cafard énorme dans la chambre a l’arrivée. On nous a changé de chambre, mais bon même si il y en a dans beaucoup d’hôtel de les voir c’est toujours gênant.

Fourmis dans la chambre! Chambre jamais nettoyée. Petit déjeuner mauvais. Personnel exécrable à part Andy. Plusieurs plaintes faites au gérant et resté muet et sourd! En plus pas de coffre dans la chambre comme mentionné sur hotel.com. Sans parler du bruit de l'autoroute.Fuyez cet hotel!!!

Bel établissement sans âme aucune du fait du personnel fantôme... on se croirait dans un motel. Le personnel de l accueil est absent, se cachant dans un bureau sans doute et arrive si l on sonne. Aucun sourire. Aucun renseignement,. Au petit déjeuner une femme s occupe de remplir les produits. Dommage car l hôtel pourrait être très agréable.

Beautiful, very convenient in the midddle of everything, hot breakfast. My husband had a problem with our bed but we had 2 beds so he slept on the other one. The mattress had a dip on his side.

Many things do not work. Fan in bathroom is broken and water for bath is not hot. Juicers for buffet are out of service and appliances look very old and could be replaced. Ok for a night. Staff seem friendly.

This property seemed to constantly be “under construction” and had a worker painting around the lobby nonstop. Parking was extremely inconvenient and several work trucks monopolized the parking. The virtual front desk was new but a good experience.

Check-in was with a kiosk not an actual person. The room was run down and needed some improvements. It had a humidifier running in it that filled up in the middle of the night. The connecting door to the room next to us was missing the dead bolt and only had the chain lock holding it shut.

There were children running up and down the isles until 1130 at night screaming and hollering and nobody to talk to nobody complain because nobody speaks English there. If you want to say something you have to talk to a machine and you still can’t understand the guy that’s talking to you Would not recommend this place or anybody ice machines were completely broken. I asked the lady she had on floor three and floor one and I go to both floors and they’re both broken in the kitchen and they said that they didn’t have ice.

Remote check-in using a screen is very poor. It's so much more friendky and faster using a real person.
