Un Accueil par ordinateur.
L'accueil est bizarrement fait a un desk informatique. Les chambres sont très bien et confortables. Le site est bien tenu et entretenu, Le déjeuner manquait de variété. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

L’accueil est chaleureux malgré la mise en place d’un système de Visio pour le check-in et le check-out à cause du Covid. Le petit déjeuner est distribué dans un sac plastique et à consommer soit en chambre soit au bord de la piscine et se compose de gâteaux trop sucrés, un jus de fruits et un yaourt ! Le café est à disposition à l’intérieur !

The check in was done via Kios. I found that to unprofessional. No one at the frint desk unless you yelled and they heard you and some popped up. Morning staff was rude. No one attended the breakfast everything was out of stock and had to ask to refill and then done with an attitude. I had to find the supplies myself. Finally soneone came out abd asked what i was doing. I told her trying to find plates to eat.

Overall the property was pleasant for the overall price and experience. The rooms were clean and was quite quiet. My only problem was that there was NO front desk staff at all on site. It was all done through a kiosk where I felt like I was talking with an A1. There was PLENTY of house keeping staff around and when I needed to ask a question like where do I get pool towels, she told me at the front desk. About 5 mins later she showed up with towels for me and my family. She spoke English so it was easy to communicate with her. I had a couple of other things come up where I needed front desk help, and after contacting the kiosk, they said they would contact housekeeping and what I needed did not happen or was slow to happen. ( I needed change for the laundry and the coin dispenser ate my money and didn’t give me change. And the pool was locked when it was when it was supposed to be open.) we had 2 hours for pool and sun time before we needed to check out. The house keepers were very nice and did a great job on our rooms but felt they were stretched thin and expected to solve the grounds problems and issues. I would stay here again but do not like the whole kiosk thing. Very unformal and impersonal when you aren’t from the area and have questions and need situations addressed at the property.
