You have all the privacy you want/need. Our staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns about the house and potential repairs/problems. We are available via text or phone within a few hours. The preferred method of communication is via this platform but if you have an immediate need you can call us by phone.



Coral Ridge is a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a population of 5,380. Coral Ridge is in Broward County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Coral Ridge offers residents an urban suburban mix feel and most residents own their homes. In Coral Ridge there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

The entire unit

Welcome to The Seahorse Villa 1!!!
You will have the entire place yourself. Our duplex home was recently renovated and it was designed to make you feel at home, this 1800 Sqft, modern design home, has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay either for vacation or work.
The home has private fenced backyard for our guest to enjoy, just a short drive to the night life, great restaurants, beaches and more.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishware, and more. The living room and family room are great living areas for entertainment and socializing. The main bedroom features a king bed, luggage rack, plenty of closet space, and French doors that access the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, luggage rack, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom, which can be used as a private office, has a queen sofa bed and desk.
The backyard features a dinning table, BBQ grill, and two lounge chairs.
Things to keep in mind, our office has a wireless printer and we do have a variety of children's items, like highchairs, toys, pack n play, etc, are available upon request.

We're 0.6 miles away from Bayview park, a 6 acre park that offers: Athletic Fields (Lighted), Basketball (Full Court), Open Areas, Pavilion, Picnic Tables, Playground, Tennis Court and much more!
Less than 1 mile away from Lauderdale by the sea beautiful beach and amazing selection of restaurants, nightlife and attractions.

Other things to note:

**Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items
**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
**Property is NOT pet friendly.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

As the description states, this property is one of two on the same lot, as such it is very important that you respect privacy and peace of our neighbors. For your security this property is monitored by surveillance cameras that are located on the exterior of the property. In addition, it is equipped with noise detection devices. The noise detection devices are designed to alert us of the noise level if it exceeds that of 75 db for over 10 minutes or more.

We had an exceptional stay at this property! The modern design and spacious layout immediately made us feel at ease. The house was immaculate and spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had great, restful sleeps every night.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed preparing meals there. The TV room and entertainment options were perfect for winding down in the evenings, and we appreciated the well-designed bathrooms, which were both functional and stylish.One of the standout features was the coffee station – such a thoughtful touch for morning coffee lovers! The area itself felt safe and peaceful, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home in a great location.
