Both the second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A fourth bedroom doubles as a game room, complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 60” flat-screen TV, pool table, a selection of board games, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. (This room does not have a standard bed.)

OUTDOOR AREAS

A tropically landscaped backyard offers a stunning retreat beside the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in your unheated pool, claim a sun lounger, then fire up the gas grill for an evening barbecue.

Enjoy casual meals at several outdoor dining areas -- one of which offers a wonderful spot right beside the water!

The private dock can accommodate a boat up to 24’ in length.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
