We are excited to host you and want to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read through the following rules to ensure a smooth experience for both you and future guests.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in Time: 3pm
Check-out Time: 12pm
Early or Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
Please keep the space tidy and dispose of any trash in the designated bins. Garbage pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Please leave used towels and linens in the laundry area upon check-out.
Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am.
Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors. We will be notified of any noise disturbances.
Guest Policy:
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors.
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
Pets:
Pets are allowed depending on size and breed. If allowed, please ensure they are well-behaved and kept on a leash or in a designated area at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
Security & Safety:
For your safety, the exterior of the property will be under video surveillance. But please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
If there are any issues with the property or safety concerns, please contact us immediately.
Damage & Maintenance:
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any damages or malfunctions immediately to us.
Prohibited Items & Activities:
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.
No open flames, including candles or fireworks, are allowed.
Supervision:
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool. No lifeguard on duty.
Furniture:
Do not move or rearrange furniture. Please respect the indoor/outdoor furniture and keep it in the designated area.
Cleanliness:
Please do not bring food or snacks into the pool. If you spill something, clean it up promptly. Use the provided trash bins to dispose of waste.
Smoking:
Smoking is ONLY allowed OUTSIDE the property. If you are smoking please allow yourself time outside so the smell will not linger inside.
No Pets In The Pool:
Pets are not allowed in the pool. Please respect this rule to maintain the cleanliness of the pool.
Pool Safety Equipment:
Any safety equipment provided (ex. life jackets, flotation devices) should only be used as intended. Please return any equipment to its proper place after use.
Personal Responsibility:
By using the pool, you acknowledge that you are using the pool at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur.
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the pool, pool equipment, or pool area.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both inside the property and in the outdoor areas (including the pool, yard, or balcony). The host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries involving children.
Children are not allowed in the pool without an adult present. No lifeguard is on duty. Please ensure that children wear appropriate safety gear such as life jackets if they are not confident swimmers.
Sharp Objects & Hazardous Items:
Some areas of the property may have items that could pose a risk to children (ex. sharp objects, cleaning supplies, or other hazardous materials). Please keep children away from these areas, and do not leave dangerous items unattended.
Child Safety:
Small objects or items in the rental property may pose a choking hazard to young children. Please check for and be mindful of any such items that could be harmful to your child during your stay.
The property is not specifically childproofed. Please take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety of your children, including using childproof locks on cabinets or electrical outlets where necessary.
Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. By booking and staying at this property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the property during your stay.
Personal Property:
The host is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to clothing, electronics, jewelry, or valuables, during your stay. Guests are advised to secure valuables in the provided safe (if available) or use their own means to secure personal items.
Accidents or Injuries:
The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur while using the property or any amenities, including but not limited to the pool, hot tub, or outdoor areas. Guests should take necessary precautions when using any shared or outdoor spaces.
Pool & Water Safety:
If your property has a pool, hot tub, or other water features, guests are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves and their companions, particularly children. No lifeguard is on duty. The host assumes no responsibility for accidents related to water activities.
Third-Party Services:
The host is not liable for services or activities arranged through third-party vendors, such as tours, transportation, or event bookings, that you choose to participate in during your stay.
