Owner canceled on me same day
I booked this property months ago as I'm arriving at the airport to fly to Florida I get an email at 9am of the day we are supposed to stay there from the owner canceling my reservation. I had to scramble to book a hotel for that night

You get what you pay for
It is in a pretty loud part of the neighborhood with paper thin walls. Make sure to bring ear plug and some white noise (didn't help fully, but we were eventually able to fall asleep). Bed was a full and pretty uncomfortable and the shower did not get warm water, so the shower was probably 80ish degrees. Not super cold, but not close to warm. We decided to cut our vacation short and just head home to sleep in our own bed. Can't win them all

Looks just like the pictures.
Looks just like the pictures, tiny and squeaky. If you are just looking for a place to sleep then this place is cheap and perfect. About 2 miles to Gulfstream park.

Nice little place close to everything
If you are looking for just a soft bed and nice place to stay close to everything look no further. Small but just enough to recharge and get to many beaches quickly

Didn’t stay
The room is clean enough but it was extremely loud. I couldn’t get the hot water to work and when I was in town it was cold so it was freezing in the room. The bed was not comfortable and had rough pilly sheets and just a single blanket. I left after 2 hours and got a hotel room.
