RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door codes are always shared at 4PM. Check-in time frame is from 4PM-11AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4PM-12AM). 2 - Early check in, Late check out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability 3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100 and registration are still pending. 4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date, 5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights. 7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time(10AM) of the listing, changes can not be done after 10AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this. 8 - If you need to have an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved. 9 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 10 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: Amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking: $100. As an API software connected Host, we are entitled to ask for a preventive fee in case of damages with the usage of a 3rd party. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit. Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM. $300 penalty for smoking in the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without refund. $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without refund. $250 penalty for having pets in the unit $100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located on the building entrance. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account On checkout please turn off the lights, water and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account ***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows. The unit is remodeled & cute, steps from the beach. The provisions provided were minimal. One 1 ounce each of shampoo, conditioner & lotion, 2 very thin & mildew smelling towels, 2 thin beach towels both were dirty, a very small & flimsy blanket for the bed,, a coffee pot but no coffee, a few plastic utensils. We asked for more towels and they did deliver 2 more towels.
We recently stayed here for 4 nights. We love the location and area. The beach is very close and there is an awesome bike path. We did have our bikes and we rode down to the Hollywood Boardwalk for dinner and drinks a few times. There is also a great Bar & Grill on the waterway just 2 blocks away called Tiki Tiki. We walked there twice. There is a Publix about 2 miles away. The unit was nice. Parking was great too. Always had a parking spot every time we returned. The unit is managed by a separate management company so, you are not communicating directly with the owner. We did receive numerous automated text messages. That was kind of annoying. The Kitchen was fine and we did cook dinner a few times. The AC unit in the kitchen leaked and I sent the management company a text. Never heard a response. Luckily the AC unit in the bedroom kept everything comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with everything except for one thing. The unit is separated from the adjacent unit with 1 interior door. You can hear everything going on next door including conversations. This could easily be fixed by constructing a permanent wall with insulation. Other than that, we had a good visit.
This is a very nice place. Clean, comfortable with very good air conditioning. It's about 1/2 block to the beach and a path/road you can walk or bike. Highly recommend. e to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
great place, easy parking for one car, literally a 1 minute walk via a back ally(ie low traffic but not no traffic ) to the public beach ( no beach view from the property). About a 30 minute leisurely, scenic walk on semi dedicated pedestrian & bike friendly trail, to the main Hollywood Beach Board walk area looks like lots of parking options along the way if you do not want to walk all the way to the main board walk. after dark the path is not well lighted perhaps not best to walk alone at that time. unlike the main board walk no beach chairs and other supplies to rent , had 2 small beach chairs You can bring your own blankets, umbrellas, chairs if needed, (only two bath towels, no wash cloths) but two Walmart's (grocery and beach supplies) and Publix store with in 15 minute drives to get all your supplies. a few restaurants walkable one is the Quarterdeck Restaurant about 10 minute walk north of the condo. place very updated but had a few points of showing wear but not a problem for us, only issues was one of the privacy shade in the living room did not go down the last few inches so not very private at night but we told owner so I figure that would be fixed for future renters and the coffee maker and toaster had no easily accessible place to plug them in the kitchen area. The unit next to ours had young child crying a bit at early night could use some sound creative proofing of common wall. Would definitely stay their again. thanks for the fine stay!
