Service was great! Really clean property and you can tell it was recently renovated. I do miss however, the unlimited drink choices at cocktail hour. I understand the change, but really takes away from what embassy suites was known for. Besides that everything was perfect great clean and I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Newer lobby: smells great with warm friendly staff at the reception. Their little perks like complimentary drinks were a pleasant surprise. Dining options could’ve been better and more economical for people who have extended stay. Ana Carolina, one of the kitchen staff was very helpful when it was just a little past the reception time in the evening to accommodate a quick drink for my little boys. Housekeeping was very friendly and sweet too. Would recommend a few more umbrellas as they get picked fast and it tends to get really really hot. Overall a great experience. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Front desk staff and valet staff were excellent. All housekeeping staff were also great. The omelet man at the breakfast bar was exceptional. The only staff that were not good were the male bar tenders. The gal was fine but the guys were crabby, rude and made the whole happy hour an unpleasant experience. The information was not there regarding what drinks were for the tickets and we felt embarrassed asking because they were so short tempered about it. I never wanted to go to the bar again after that but my group wanted to keep going and it was awful each time. I refused to go after it was clear that they were terrible employees. It felt like a bait and switch, you gave us complimentary drink tickets but they only paid attention for tips and upcharged expensive drinks. One star only for the bar.

The people were so rude (workers of the hotel and restaurants around the hotel). The pool was cloudy and not clear (eww). The men at the veach doing the umbrellas and chairs did not was to work and acted as if we were an inconvenience to them. I would no go back to this hotel, let alone the fort Lauderdale area in general. Better off going to miami or tampa.

My spouse got stuck on the elevator at this property for 12 minutes. The breakfast buffet has gone down in quality from our previous stays. They were running out of bacon with 30 minutes to go and failure to replenish items before the end time.

Spacious suites priced similar to other hotels in the area, beach front access, well rounded breakfast options were included in price, attentive management at check in helped me overlook this somewhat dated facility. After check-in and during stay the Concierge and Hotel lobby staff service was below average. HOUSE KEEPING and General Maid services throughout facility were excellent. I'd likely return to this hotel for future travel in the area.

The hotel is very accommodating. Very pleased with the area, location, and overall hotel experience. A good size room with plenty of space.

I liked that the property was well-maintained and close to the beach (right across the street). Staff and parking were great -- good food options and seems like a great place to bring kids.

Great girls visit. The property is being improved but it didn’t impact our stay. I can’t wait to see the remodel.
