Dear Guest, Thank you for giving us your highest rating. We do believe cleanliness is critical and are proud to be a multiple White Glove Award winner by the Superior Small Lodging Assn. We also were recently awarded 2019 Small Business of the Year for Tourism and Hospitality by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber. The A/C is, by code, the correct size for the unit so we cannot change that. And we service it before and after each guest. Next time you visit, let us give you a quick lesson on the remote. Perhaps it was on a wrong setting. The tiny icons for heat, cool and maintenance can be difficult to interpret, along with "fan control." Unit is now freshly painted, a regular task after high season. You are welcome back any time!

You are right. It is definitely more expensive to stay in South Florida during Winter season. But we believe we offer the best value in the area--an extremely clean, charming and well outfitted cottage with full kitchen and beach gear, for about the price of a single hotel room. No parking, Internet or resort fees. Do know that Pompano Beach is a year-round destination? Our summer weather is actually cooler and drier on this side of South Florida than in most of the Northeast United States (our best kept secret)! So if you ever need a quick getaway, flights into Fort Lauderdale are among the cheapest in the nation, and our best rates (about half of what you paid in Winter) run from April to mid December. You are welcome back any time!
