Unfortunately not up to standard.
1. No useful information in room so we had to find our own way on navigating some of the basics, such as operating TV, using washing machine etc, leaving keys at end of stay. A simple information sheet would help immensely and not cost a lot
2. WiFi - had to ask for this to be fixed for several days. Really poor WiFi connection.
3. Tv remotes were broken - there were 3 in our unit that didn’t work consistently. It took 3 days and several emails for a new one to be provided.
4. The Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever! Very hard and worn, woefully inadequate for one nights stay never mind several.
5. Contact from management was non existent - I emailed a few times but did not get even an acknowledgment from them- there was zero concern for our terrible experience. The customer service reps respond in a timely manner but just pass info on so progress was very slow in responding to my problems.
6. We saw maintenance person once on site during a 2 week stay, which explains my next point:
7. The accommodation appears grubby, shabby and generally neglected. The pictures on the various websites are definitely not an accurate representation of its current state. Misleading and false.
9. Information provided on websites and by customer service is not accurate - for example the cost of washing machines and driers is $2 not $1.75 and they’re not coin operated as stated.
