We are so happy you enjoyed your stay, but would like to clarify for future guests, the property is a duplex, which are separate apartments. We do not share inside living space with our guets

With our almost unanimous, 5 star reviews, the property and our prior guests, speaks for itself. We regret your experience was not what we would like for our guests. However, we feel we need to not ignore some of your comments Let’s start this response by saying we are very clear, explaining through our signed guest agreement, (required by our insurance company), we do not allow for additional visitors who are not listed within our maximum amount of six (6) guests. Right from the 1st day, you had visitors on the property without discussing it with us. We messaged you there was an issue from the beginning and then we spoke direct with your husband about this matter. Even though we explain in the bio that you must contact us prior to instant booking, you did not. We have guests, all the time, who let us know prior they are here for a wedding or visiting family and we work with them on visitors, which we allow. Everything purchased for the Garden Home was brand new when we started our property. We are constantly purchasing new items, furniture, bedding and cleaning products for the apartment. As soon as you departed and said there was a problem, we had a repair man come in to find out the problem with the refrigerator. It had a blown evaporator motor, and we immediately replaced the whole frig. If you would have contacted us, we would have handled it right away. We always respond to any issues brought to us by our guests. Also, in our bio, we state we are on site owners. But, very mindful of our guests privacy. As to your comment about your trunk, Jim noticed it was open for awhile and thought he was being helpful. I could keep addressing all the small issues, but not all people have the same style and the photos are exactly what is located in the property.
