Old fashion hotel right on the beach, very large room with a living room and a cute SMEG fridge and modern bathroom, bed is comfortable, lots of storage space

mediocre
arrive dans une chambre avec un lit pliable terrasse impraticable du à une porte condamnée, puis arrive le soir un bruit terrible venant de la machinerie ventilation etc un vrai cauchemar j’ai reserve au dernier moment mais une différence entre le prix paye et la qualité de la chambre est inacceptable nous avons du faire des pieds et des mains pour avoir une autre chambre.

First class Staff, amenities, accommodations. Only two things that could be better is maybe a little music poolside and perhaps the couple of times a year that the seaweed is bad they could do somekind of cleaning of the beach each morning.

Over all a decent place. BEWARE WITH THE FOLLOWING: 1- they have fees for everything. If you booked online thinking you just have to pay a “resort fee” when you arrive there, you will be taken by surprise. We paid online expecting to pay just another $430 once we are there. But, no they charged us $1,500, claimed it’s on “hold”. By the time we checked out we only got $100 back. 2- everything is crazy expensive and they only take card I do have to say tho, the service by the staff was great. Would I ever visit again?,,,,, no definitely not.

What an awesome hotel! I stayed here for one night with 4 friends and we had a lovely time! The staff is so warm and accommodating. From the valet to the front desk and all the bars,restaurant, the staff is incredible! Our view of the ocean at breakfast was incredible! The room was adorable and clean. The lazy river is such a cool touch! This is my favorite hotel in Fort Lauderdale!!

The Pelican Grand Beach resort was lovely! Our room was spacious, clean, and just excellent overall. The staff were kind and responded to our needs. Being right on the beach was such a plus, especially with the towels, loungers, and umbrellas being included in our package! I will say, food is not included and their restaurant is pretty pricey, but the food was remarkable. Just want to make sure people realize before they go! I would love to stay here again, everything went smoothly and it was a gorgeous location.

This property was very clean and safe feeling! The vanilla latte is amazing in the little store on site! I really didn't like that the pool closed at 7pm! Our stay was just fine though! The bed is really comfortable best hotel bed I've stayed in for a very long time! All valet parking personal were amazing! I would recommend this hotel its right on the beach and beautiful. I love the soap as well for the bathroom and shower!

We had a great time at Grand Pelican Resort. I love the beach front location, the big balcony, the view is spectacular, the food and service are excellent. I didn’t give 4 stars because the cleaning was mediocre and the building overall is due for an upgrade. Also the valet parking is overpriced and there is no self park parking available.

Best stay, really liked how friendly and exceptional service was from all the staff, it's nice to see such a well run hospitality venue, thinking of every detail to relaxing music in areas, and enjoyed built in gratuity as it seems to help everyone as staff very pleasant and happy and we did not have to worry about finding our credit card upon making a transaction which made for very enjoyable Vaca. We are planning on returning and had a wonderful time!

Beautiful location, resort off from the busier Ft. Lauderdale traffic. Walkable to state park where you can catch the water taxi into Ft. Lauderdale. Restaurant onsite tasty but a bit pricey. Hard to beat the view. Work out room has the basics. Pool and lazy river very cramped, hard to justify resort fees honestly. Staff very friendly. Generally clean and our room was lovely. Would consider staying again if could find a better rate.
