Myself, my husband, mom, dad, brother, and his 3 kids all stayed here comfortably. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants easily, lots within a mile or so. or easily a quick few minute drive if you don’t want to walk. Neighborhood is quiet too even though the train tracks are close by.One down side is there are some neighbors who seem against the rentals in the area, yard signs in several properties. One man gave us a hard time as he drove by for “parking” on the wrong side of the street when we were loading things into the car. We were only stopped for a few minutes, obviously loading the car with hazards on, and he had plenty of space to pass, so it felt slightly hostile for no reason.The place itself it was nice. It looked clean and well kept. We didn’t find some toys and crackers under the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out, but everything else was fine so likely just missed that at turn. Overall this was a very good place and seemed reasonably priced for the size and based on others in the area.

We enjoyed this property, it was perfect for my husband and 2 kids (11 and 13). We especially liked the location, to be able to easily walk into Old Town and access the trail system. My husband was able to use the office loft area easily to work remotely during our quick stay. Excellent communication from the property manager as well!

This home was in a great location and only a few min drive to downtown Fort Collins. Everything in the home was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was a great bonus after returning from a long day of exploring the town, CSU and Rocky Mountain National Forest. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the Dec. stay, what a magical time to be in Fort Collins! Loved the house, location and amenities. Upon arrival there was a glitch with the heater so the house was cold but Stacy and crew were quick to respond and fix the problem. We would definitely rent from Stacy again, they have nice properties and are great to work with.

Fantastic home for our family stay in Ft Collins during a hot weekend! New construction neighborhood with upscale homes, away from but easy access to hustle and bustle of Old Town. Walking trails nearby and near stores and everything. Cool A/C and ceiling fans, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, laundry and a cool, attached garage with opener to use. Lovely decor, with open floor plan main floor which was perfect for our family to hang out, eat together, play cards and watch TV in adjoining kitchen, dining and living rooms. Keypad for easy check in, super helpful 3-ring binder of useful info, strong wi-fi, and generous provision of shampoo/conditioner and body cleanser in addition to dish soap and laundry soap so you don’t need to pack any! Great communication with owners. We’ll br back!
