Using exposed concrete, steel, and wood to help break apart spaces, along with accent walls and handcrafted art to create a cohesive flow, the award winning VFLA Architects used unique design elements to create a balanced and welcoming environment. Just imagine spending a week in this spectacular home with your loved ones! Wake up and enjoy a peaceful morning sipping coffee by the fire in your pajamas. Then whip up a homemade breakfast in the stunning chef’s kitchen and enjoy it al fresco on the covered deck. Once everyone is showered and ready for the day, embark on your journey to the shops of Old Town and enjoy a beautiful walk through our picturesque neighborhood. Spend the afternoon discovering the sights and sounds of Downtown Fort Collins, followed by an extended happy hour at The Rio. Then head home for a relaxing evening at your home away from home where you can spend quality time together. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large backyard with a covered deck, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. There is also a second-floor balcony with lounge furniture!

INDOOR LIVING: Multiple Smart TVs with streaming capabilities, dining table with seating for 10, board games, ceiling fans, fireplace, laptop-friendly workspace, secondary kitchen in basement

KITCHEN: The primary kitchen features a large center island, locally crafted walnut countertops and a butler’s pantry. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is also a secondary, fully-equipped kitchen in the basement!

BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and a bathroom on each level. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

FAQ: Each bedroom is equipped with either a window AC unit (upstairs) or portable AC unit (basement). There are no main floor bedrooms.

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was great, it was close to Old Town, so it was easy to get around and check things out!

I was very in my stay here. The host neglected to mention that major renovations were underway at the property next door. We were woken up at 7am by jackhammering and heavy equipment operation. We were unable to sit outside and use the yard during the day because of the dust and noise. Check out the heavy equipment at work. By the looks of it, they're going to be working on it for awhile. I'd stay away

We had a wonderful stay, the home and location were perfect. In Fort Collins for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for our family, comfortable and spacious, great backyard, and kitchen well equipped to prepare meals for a gathering. We will definitely be back to visit again.

We stayed with a family of 8 in the house. It is a fabulous house, with ample space, close to Fort Collins old town, CSU campus, grocery shopping, etc. Would highly recommend it.

The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner etc and the kitchen was even stocked with coffee, creamer etc. Stacey the property manager made everything easy for us from checking in to checking out. I only wish we could have stayed longer! 😉

Stayed at Old Town Oasis for my son's CSU orientation. The house exceeded expectations, very clean centrally located check in/out was very smooth over all a great experience. Definitely will be on the top of the list when we return.

We were hoping to find a property close to Old Town and some of the other fun areas of Fort Collins, and this place nailed what we were looking for. We found ourselves walking everywhere, from day long shopping and dining to quick stops at Target or the grocery store. Both kitchens (there's one on the lower floor) were easy to navigate and stocked with a decent selection of condiments, something you don't always find in rentals, and the home itself was lovely, beds were very comfy, there were board games and other things to keep us engaged when we wanted to just lounge around. We'd rent this again in a heartbeat.

We do lots of vrbos all over the us and overseas. This was our favorite. Location was fabulous, the place was well equipped modern but comfy. Very much our style. I like to go out but also like to cook and stay in. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized. I would stay here again and recommend to friends

Wonderful property with great proximity to downtown Fort Collins. House is spacious and well appointed with all you would need for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed the style of home, large dining room for family dinners as well as sitting by the fireplace at the end of the day. We hiked trails near the reservoir, took a day trip to the Rocky Mountain Natl Park, explored Boulder one day and also squeezed in a little skiing. The property mgmt team was also helpful with a small issue we encountered during our stay. Definitely would book again!
