La disponibilité estivale vient d'ouvrir !! Sois notre invité! Grande maison au milieu du siècle dans l'un des plus recherchés après les quartiers de Fort Collins. Marchez sur le campus, le système Max de transport en commun rapide, et le sentier Spring Creek. Cette maison est bien équipée avec tous les éléments essentiels et de nombreux extras. La table à manger s'agrandit pour accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes pour les grands rassemblements de la famille et des amis et il y a beaucoup de vaisselle pour l'hébergement. 2 chambres et le salon principal ont été rénovées en 2015 et sont décorées avec goût. 2 chambres ont des lits queen et une a 2 lits jumeaux. Le deuxième salon peut être fermé du reste de la maison et a 3 jumeaux. La salle de bain est mis à jour avec de nouveaux carreaux et un pommeau de douche. La cuisine est également mis à jour avec carreaux et appareils en acier inoxydable. La beauté ne se limite pas à l'intérieur! Entrez dans la grande cour clôturée avec un aménagement paysager luxuriant et terrasse couverte. Dînez en plein air dans le beau temps ensoleillé Colorado à la grande table extérieure et préparer un délicieux dîner sur le gril à gaz. Détendez-vous et regardez un film sur la télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces. Wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu plus et Amazon Prime sont fournis, en plus d'un grand choix de livres et de jeux de société.

FOCO at its best
Amazing location, with clean and modern accommodations. Bed is comfy and the place is the cutest. Location was perfect. Close to CSU and town. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in FOCO.

Amazing location. Safe, green neighborhood walking distance to CSU campus. Attended a conference at the Hilton just around the corner. Cute room, soft comfy bed, modern bathroom, and a mini kitchen with full fridge. Cozy space for a restful stay!

Wish we had stayed at a hotel
The unit was nice enough at first glance. But after the first night, I sent the owner a message letting her know that the bed was unacceptable. It was very old, my husband and I sank towards the middle, and was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, there were microfiber sheets, which are far from "luxury", as the listing was advertised. The owner said no one ever complained about the bed, which I simply cannot believe. She advised to use the pull out couch. We almost left and went to a hotel, but opted to stay and try the pull out. As with most pull outs, there is a bar that goes right down the middle, making it so uncomfortable. So that was not going to be an option. So we put the mattress onto the floor and slept there. I will say that it was actually comfortable, but I did not expect to be lugging a mattress off a pull out bed and sleeping on the floor! All's well that ends well, right? No. When we pulled out the bed, there was some sort of nasty food stuck to the mattress!! It was disgusting. It looked like raisins or something similar. Plus a bunch of crumbs...just so foul. As if kids had gotten into the unit and shoved raisins into the bed! I sent the owner a photo, but she didn't respond. We cleaned it off so that we could actually go to sleep, but it was so gross. I don't believe I have ever written a bad review of a stay, anywhere...but I couldn't let this go. Oh, and to top it off there were kids running around overhead at night. Nice touch.

Convenient home base next to CSU
My husband and I stayed here with our son during CSU's family weekend. It was a perfect location, convenient to campus and the stadium. All the basics were provided for our stay, including a parking pass which made parking during game time a breeze. Lyndsay was great at communicating and the check-in and check-out process was very easy.

Small, but it had everything we needed. The owner was awesome, incredibly helpful and accomodating. It was vaguely noisy here and there, and a farm of dust bunnies under the bed, but those were my only negatives.

A Sweet Little Suite!
This mother-in-law apartment was perfect for the two of us visiting Ft Collins and CSU. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was a very easy two block walk to the CSU campus (and stadium) -- and a nice "stroll" (cutting through the campus) if you want to walk to restaurants and stores. Heading the other direction leads to a lovely walking/biking trail. Lindsey was a very responsive and gracious host. Honestly there was very little we needed. There's a two burner hot plate (instead of a stove), a counter top oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The stacked washer/dryer in the bedroom has been replaced by a single combined washer/dryer unit. It washed our clothes very well. Thank you, Lindsey, for a wonderful stay! We hope to return!

Comfortable and convenient
The property was very conveniently located for us. Our daughter also lives in a neighborhood close to the CSU campus, about a 3-minute drive from this property, so this was perfect. The property was as described, very comfortable for the two of us. My only complaint is regarding the "staleness" of the air upon arriving. According to the property manager, this was likely due to some plumbing work that had recently been done under the house that the property is connected to. While the "stale air" smell dissipated somewhat during our stay, it never completely went away. Hopefully, this is a temporary condition that can be rectified, because the property was otherwise very comfortable and convenient.

Great place to stay for 1-2 people. Loved the bathroom with heated floor. This unit it connected to a family’s home. Accommodating host, messaged me that we could check in early if needed. The one suggestion is to have a lamp, maybe a floor lamp in the living area. Enjoyed our stay!

This apartment is very comfortable (I loved the heated floor in the bathroom). It had all the amenities I needed and was a short walk to CSU Campus. I was able to use a scooter or walk to many places. There wasn’t a stove but there was a toaster oven and hot plates to use. I opted to explore several wonderful restaurants in Old Town instead of cooking. I highly recommend this rental as it was very clean, neat, quiet and conveniently locatesd
