« Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

« We recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, especially the front desk during check-in. My room was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The convenient location near the kings island was amazing and the shuttle back and forth was a life/time saver. And last the breakfast buffet was so warm and had a lot of options which the end of our trip easy. »
