« Absolutely loved this Chalet. Very spacious and clean. Loved the deck and views nestled in the trees. Wood burning stove/ fireplace was nice touch for chilly evenings.Close to Murphys and The Calaveras Big Trees. We stayed for three nights and wished we would have stayed longer. « We are a little reluctant to share this review for fear that this location will become too popular and make it harder to come back, but this home deserves to be shared. This home is exactly as it sounds, a home. The owners have clearly taken the time and effort to ensure it has the comforts that we are used to in our own home. Let's start with location. Right in the heart of Arnold you are within a minute from the grocery store and the one coffee shop (two necessities) and yet still far enough...

« We were very lucky to find this amazing Alpine Cabin for our family snow vacation in February. Thank you to Jess and Family for such an amazing opportunity. We really enjoyed the design of the Cabin with amazing A-frame, gas fireplace and plenty of room for all. It was very well appointed, supplied and super clean. I must add that the communication was excellent and the check-in process was superb as we were met in person by the owner and shuttled in the winter to the Cabin with their snowmobile...

« Our family of 17 had a fabulous time in these 2 beautiful properties. The two families with teens shared one house, and the family with littles and us shared the other. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee and everything we needed, and the expresso machine was a HUGE hit! We loved the amenities! - Game room, paddle boards and kayaks and a free of charge lake with a beach within a few miles. Plenty of room in the houses for family gatherings and meals, and we even had a family church...
