« Host was very responsive and the cottage was cozy. »

« Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.) No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather. « A fabulous spot near all the fun in the El Dorado/Placerville area! The cottage was more than we expected for the price. »

« This cozy cottage was ideal for our family of 4 while staying in Playfair. So many thoughtful touches made the stay pleasant and comfortable. Great location for visiting area wineries. »

« An absolute gem in the woods! We had the most wonderful stay at Barnabas and Etonda’s cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. « This place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more. It was perfect for my husband and me, son and daughter-in-law, and their three children. The foosball table and hot tub were a big hit. Our five year-old granddaughter certainly enjoyed the toys that were provided. The bathrooms were just what we needed. There was lots of storage space. We would definitely recommend it, and come back again. »
