« The staff were very nice, the room was clean and generally pleasant. the beds were not bad. They provide a continental-style breakfast, which is something. They are also dog-friendly! And there is a wonderful Indian restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel, and it is good! The only negative was a bit of mold, presumably causing some sinus issues, but that is to be expected in a hotel right on a lake like this. Otherwise, we would certainly stay there again. »

« Excellent location, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly, the only issue was that we got to breakfast an hour before it ended and there were no eggs other protein or much more than a fee bagels and yogurt. This was informed tonus by the person tending the breakfast area while ahe stood next to still hot griddle. She didn’t offer any alternative. It feels like poor planning. Other than that, it was great. »

« The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. For those who are afraid of vermin, there was NO SIGNS whatsoever of either bugs or other vermin.. It was CLEAN. This is a place that is no frills, but for what you're paying for you get a lot, and a comfortable place to rest your head. We would absolutely go back when we're visiting the Pittsfield area. »
