Welcome to Love Shack! Escape to the beach and enjoy a relaxing stay in this contemporary family home with two identically sized bedroom suites. With its close proximity to the beach, outdoor shower, and stylish décor, this home has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
The living room is open and airy with lots of natural light and updated finishes. The fully equipped kitchen has a fantastic gas stove and is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table seats four comfortably. Living room leads out onto the screen porch where you can dine outdoors and relax on plush furnishings.
Both bedrooms are identical in size and outfitted with comfortable queen beds. Each has its own updated, private bathroom en suite with large standing showers. High quality, freshly laundered linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Stacked washer and dryer in home.
The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is also a spacious deck with a barbecue grill, where you can enjoy cookouts with family and friends. The yard is fenced in and beautifully landscaped with shade trees and grass. Ideal for travelers with a dog!
This vacation rental is located just a short walk from the beach, so you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 5.5 blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!
Parking available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Modern conveniences such as free WIFI, all new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, linens, bath towels, cable TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, central heat and air, and more are all provided amenities at the home.
The Love Shack is strictly non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with a $125 plus tax non-refundable pet fee, per pet (dogs only allowed), paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
