One of Folly's Best, this brightly colored getaway is the perfect little treehouse for you and your guests. Flip Flop Casual is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath elevated Folly house. The house has a vibrant airy feel that welcomes you to enjoy Folly's natural beauty. Located in a quiet residential area, Flip Flop Casual is just a leisurely five-minute stroll to the beach. It is just two blocks from Center St. where you can find unique beach shops and fresh local restaurants. Folly is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston.
There is plenty of room for six guests to sleep comfortably. There are two bedrooms, each featuring a king bed. The first bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has an ensuite half bathroom that features a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils to create a delicious meal. There is also a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs. Relax on the screened-in front porch, top deck, or backyard for a view of the beautiful vegetation. Amenities include smart TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and a propane grill. The yard at this property is fully fenced in.
Flip Flop Casual allows 1 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. The grill cleaning and propane are the responsibility of the guests. This home has one covered parking spot and 2 other reserved driveway spots. The owner has exterior security cameras placed under the house by the owner's closet. Please book with confidence.
