« House is as advertised. Small refund for lack of direct beach access which was an inconvenience but it is a short walk down the street to a public entrance to the beach. The beach behind the house was not often crowded but note that high tide comes right up to the rocks by where the stairs are currently blocked off. »

« Pretty standard, basic beach house that is a great value compared to many of the huge, overpriced houses popping up. Good location right on the beach. The public beach access made the beach busier than our normal trips, but we never had an issue with anyone. Had some minor issues with an overflow of trash from the people before us and a malfunctioning microwave, but the property manager addressed both within 2 hours of us notifying them. We visit Folly every summer and would definitely consider...

« This property checked all the boxes. Ocean Front. Gated Fence for dogs. Driveway parking. Short distance to Bert market for items. The views are amazing and literally steps to the Atlantic. Its an older beach house but that gives it the character. It was easy to get comfy there. We will look to stay again. Our pups were happy there too! »
