This property is the unbeatable location if you are looking to stay on Folly Beach. You are nestled in just 3 blocks back from the Ocean and 1 block from vibrant Center Street.
This home sits up on a hill with an ideal layout. Step into an open floor plan with a beautiful updated interior. The kitchen is waiting for you to cook up a feast, with ample counter space.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the entry level, along with the living space and dining area. You will pass the laundry area on the way to the loft where the 3rd bedroom and hangout area is.
Outside you will have a relaxing patio area with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, outdoor shower, and off street parking. This is the perfect spot to enjoy all things Folly!

No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
