« Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller. »

« The house is spacious and well fitted out. The quirky decor makes a refreshing change to the basic furniture and fittings found in most holiday homes. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The welcome cupcakes were delicious. It’s an easy 10 minute walk through the woodland to the beach. « Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

« Latimer House was a perfect Property to stay in for a Celebration. Exactly as listed it provided lovely accommodation for our Party of 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 12 to two and a half and the multiple bathrooms ensured that everyone was well catered for. The very pretty walled garden was used every evening of our stay due to sunny weather, with a BBQ also provided. « Es war sehr schön, wir haben es genossen! Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst bei der Reception nach einem Plan fragen, dann klappte es! Instruktion für Heizung wäre schön gewesen, es war bei Ankunft eiskalt... Leider hatte es keine Dusch-/ Abtrocknungstücher, mussten als erstes kaufen... Bett war bezogen. Innenausstattung sehr schön! Geschirr nicht ganz so sauber... Aussenbereich war sehr schön, dadurch dass es sehr regnerisch war, matschig...(man muss durch Wiese gehen, hat keine Platten oder...

Erst beim Einrichten merkten wir, dass nicht sauber geputzt wurde: Kühlschrank dreckig! Tochter hat sofort geputzt damit der Einkauf eingelagert werden konnte! Dampfabzug tropfte vor Fett. Zimmer mit 2 Betten (UG) miefte feucht. Dachten zuerst man bringt den Gestank mit Lüften weg. Doch nicht, weil eine Wand zur Hälfte feucht war. So ist das Zimmer leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Für...

« Nous avons pris 5 jours pour visiter le kent et Deal était un excellent choix comme point de chute. Deal est vraiment une station très agréable. La maison est juste parfaire pour 4 personnes. Elle est très bien placée et la place de parking devant la porte d'entrée est un réel avantage. La maison est très bien équipée, très confortable et bien décorée. Etant arrivés un dimanche, le manier d'acceuil contennat l'essentiel au petit-déjeuner est très appréciable. Je recommande cette location. »

« Notre séjour fut agréable, mais l'appartement aurait pu être plus propre lors de notre arrivée, en particulier la cuisine et la salle de bain. Nous avons regretté aussi que la terrasse, ou plutôt le sol de la terrasse soit en si piteux état. Il nous semble que pour le prix de location demandé, un effort devrait être fait de ce côté-là.
