« We hadden bericht gekregen dat de deur open was, na het verblijf met enige moeite gevonden te hebben konden we er zo in. De eigenaren waren thuis en heetten ons hartelijk welkom. Veel ruimte, een groot bed van goede kwaliteit, ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken. »

« Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

« This property was very clean and quiet. The owner is very responsive. One thing to note is the 10am checkout time which is earlier than other home I’ve stayed in previously. »

« Very well finished property with ample parking in a fantastic location. The courtyard back garden especially was a great place to eat breakfast. Will definitely be a property I’d recommend to close friends »

« We had a great stay in this beautiful, old property which had a lot of character. Ideally situated for restaurants, walks and the river. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away and we enjoyed many walks around Sandwich. Nice to have a bath as well as a shower! »

« My family enjoyed staying here. It is convenient to the Canterbury West train station, the pedestrian zone and Canterbury Cathedral. It is on a busy road, so there is no place to park to unload/load luggage from a car, but there is a car park nearby. The house consists of 3 floors, with one bedroom on each floor. The stairs are quite narrow. The kitchen, dining and bathroom are located on the ground floor. There is lots of art decorating the walls. A lovely stereo controlled by Alexa is in the...

« I highly recommend Little Eaton. It is a complete home from home. It has everything you need, spotlessly clean, in a great location and Zach is a very attentive host. 4 of us stayed comfortably here, the courtyard garden and parking space right next to the house are both an absolute bonus. "Felt like being part of a cruise for some reason, the entertainment, size of the hotel, gave that ambiance. The rooms need to be refreshed (the bathroom was old) but all in all, we still had a good time in Folkestone so I'd still give it a 7 if I had to rate the experience."

"Le monsieur est très gentil et veut rendre service mais il a des animaux. L'odeur est nauséabonde à l'entrée heureusement elle ne monte pas dans la chambre. Les équipements sont vétustes mais les lits confortables. Par contre des gens ont du fumer dans la chambre ou c'est la poussière car nous avions les yeux et la gorge irrités pendant la nuit."
