« There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. « The home has lots of potential. However, it is lacking basic essentials that one would expect for over 300/night such as wash cloths, hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, hand soap, a dish rack for drying dishes, foil/wrap and other standard kitchen items, shampoo, soap, etc. The hot tub was featured but was not working.
