« This home is located in a very quiet and walking area of Laurel Park. Easy walking access to downtown Sarasota restaurants and shops. The interior layout is perfect for a couple (does have a roll away bed for a third person/child, but might be a bit tight and would have to place the bed in the living area. « We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Check in was easy, condo was clean. The owner has a cooler, water floats and a beach umbrella you can use. Makes this a very convenient stay. The location is excellent. Close to most everything and the trolley picks up right out front. Will definitely come back to stay again. »

« This poolhouse was just perfect for us. It was well equipped for anything we could possibly need. The furnishings were very comfortable and the home was immaculate. The bonus was the grill and pool. We highly recommend this place to everyone. »

« Great place with a nice balcony that gets sunshine in the afternoon. Nice walk to restaurants and shops on Ocean Blvd, but longer walk to the beach. Easy communication with the manager. Comfortable beds and overall well outfitted. Great to have bicycles on site. Will come again. »
