« Un tres agréable sejour. Cottage typique, joliment décoré, bien équipé, ( super literie, lit King king size ! ). Cuisine bien équipée et pratique. Un sans faute. Petit déjeuner délicieux, complet, au top ! Et un staff adorable ! Adresse tres agréable sur Gainesville. Mention particulière pour l'architecture des bâtiments, typique et superbe. Sejour vraiment agréable. »

« Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. »
