Near Valletta - Ta' Tessie Studio Suite with open views in Floriana

Ta' Tessie Studio Suite is located in one of the best areas of Floriana. It is uniquely situated facing the Floriana Granaries. It is just outside Valletta City and only a 5 minute walk to many important and historical landmarks in and around the city, some of which are The Mall, Argotti Gardens, the Waterfront, St John's Co- Cathedral, The Grandmaster's Palace, the Auberges, the Upper and Lower Barakka Gardens overlooking
the Grand Harbour, Fort St. Elmo and the Mediterranean Conference Centre. The refurbished 'old' Food Market in Valletta with local produce and many cafes and restaurants is also amongst many other attractions and sights. There are also many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The Granaries cafe is only a couple of doors away and is always available for breakfast, lunch or dinner should you wish at a good price. A mini- market is 5 minutes away on foot. Ta' Tessie Studio Suite has been very recently refurbished and upgraded and licensed as 'Comfort' by the Malta Tourism Authority. It is on the second floor in a block of 6 Studio suites. No lift is available on the premises. It has a self-check in with a key lock box. The Suite has all safety features (fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, first-aid kit) it can accommodate up to 4 adults - a long queen bed 150cm x 200cm and a double sofa-bed. The suite overlooks The Granaries which is one of the largest open public spaces on the island. It is more than studio as the large room accommodates the bedroom, the living space and a dining area with windows overlooking the Granaries and the impressive Floriana church. The windows have blackout curtains for a really good night sleep. This large room is also served with an air condition unit for both cooling and heating, a TV with internet and free wi-fi as well as a number of sockets (including a 2 pin European socket) to charge phones. A hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron are also at the property for the use of our guests. This room leads onto a small kitchen with all appliances needed for your stay at Ta Tessie Suite - a full size oven, an electric hob, a toaster, an electric kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The fridge with a small freezer is placed in the large main room. The kitchen leads onto a balcony which also overlooks the Floriana Granaries and unobstructed views. The small bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet and an electric heater. Shower gel is available at the property. The property is an airy property and all rooms are bright. The block includes 6 studio suites over 3 floors. A number of concerts take place on The Granaries throughout the year - two of the last concerts were Robbie Williams and Andre Rieu.
