Spacious and modern apartment in the very central Via Guicciardini just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Located on the first floor without elevator, it consists of a quiet    double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, living and realxing    area, spacious bathroom with    shower. It has a washing machine, Wi-fi connection, and air conditioning.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
