Localisation parfaite avec une vue splendide
Très bon accueil, grande chambre avec une vue superbe sur la rivière. Nous avons apprécié le petit espace lavabo en plus de celui la salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais il pourrait y avoir plus de fruits et de produits laitiers. La localisation est parfaite : à 15mn à pied de la vieille ville, de ses restaurants.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a road trip. Great view over the river and a ten minute walk over the bridge to the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent with omelette made to order.

The property was lovely. The room was large with a river view. Hotel was noisy. Thankful we brought our sleep machine to drown out the loud music and noise from others in the hallways. There is no elevator and we had 2 flights of stairs to climb dragging up our luggage.

We loved the hotel. I cleaned up water I spilled near the sliding door, with a paper towell. The floor was pretty dirty. And the entire sloor was sticky on our shoes. Other than that the hotel was grea. The bed was wonderful too

Limited hours of exercise room were disappointing, but there is a sauna albeit difficult to get it up to temp. The breakfast was great, custom omelets, waffles with strawberries and whip cream. What’s not to like about that, except the lame coffee. Yes, I would go back even if it was just for the omelet.

Did not live up to my expectations
In general, the hotel is dumpy. The common areas have been spruced up but the property is worn out. The bed was comfortable, a plus. But the check-in service was poor, being generally unfriendly. The fitness room, a poor example of what that can be, didn’t open until 8am, long after many wish to use it. The pool and hot tub are old and dank feeling. Try another hotel.

Great staff, wonderful view. The only concern we had was the driveway/parking lot. It was narrow and very steep; we almost got in a wreck coming out of the parking lot because of the blind spot and steep exit.

Best Western Pier Inn. Excellent View!
Great views of the river and Old Town. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are in good condition. It would be helpful if the toilets were a little higher. They do not have a restaurant; however, breakfast is included with your stay. Breakfast includes made to order omlets, waffles and other hot and cold choices. Tasty!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Price was reasonable. Our only issue was the noise; we could hear everything going on in all the rooms around us into the late evening (laughing, talking, playing games).

Worst place. Dirty, strong urine smell. Top it all the bathroom lights didn’t work due to circuit breaker issue. The worst part was the urine smell. Looks like someone urinated on the wall and they never cleaned it. Will never stay at a Best Western again.
