The room was a good size. The room did smell musty/smokey however. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of options and replenished constantly.

The property was generally clean, convenient to airport and shopping with polite staff. My only complaint was the cleaning staff. The top sheet on my bed had three stains. I placed the sheet on the floor at the door in hopes that it would be replaced instead I returned that night to find the same sheet with the same three stains back on the bed. I was appalled. I could not sleep on my last night because I kept wondering if they changed sheets between guest.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was a tad unprofessional and not very helpful when we realized a booking error. But, the lady in the morning was very sweet and extremely helpful and took care of us! Wish I would have gotten her name. Rooms were clean and space to spread out. Breakfast was ok. Good location, close to highway. Only issue ice machine didn't work and woke up by battery going out on carbon dioxide monitor, which how could they have known? Would stay again.

I had booked on Expedia, then realized I had requested the wrong Wednesday. I tried to call the hotel and ask them to switch the date. It was not a cancellation but a mistake. They told me since it was thru a third party, Expedia, I needed to contact them. Expedia was unable to help me because the window of time had expired. I called corporate Best Western and they were very kind and helped me to switch the date. Therefore, Best Western corporate gets 5 stars. The property is clean, quiet and nice. It had a huge bathroom (dont think I got the handicap room) and overall I plan to stay there sevewral times over the next few months due to a work situation.

it's a little tricky finding it at first but once you work it out it's no problem. Staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpfull. I would recomment.

Everything went very well with the exception of the night Clark. She accidentally put us in under someone else's name. And I had to straighten it out in the morning, but the lady in the morning was very helpful and took care of everything. Unfortunately, our rewards did not get applied. And I need to contact the reward center to get that done.

The front entry smelled like pot all the way through the first floor. Really stinky and offputting. Obvious that the workers smoke in the vestibule. Sheets were clean but had gaping holes in them. It was hard to tell who worked there because there were no uniforms, name tags, or anything worn except by the housekeeper. The housekeeper was kind and helpful. Probably would pay more and stay somewhere else next time.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Make up on a pig. Looks good on surface, but once you pull back the facade just gross. Our comforter and sheets had stains, some that were fresh (like not washed) and some that were definitely blood. We asked for new sheets and were told there were none, but they would bring up a new comforter. The comforter they brought up was wet. I retrieved blankets from our car and we slept that way. I realize it is an inexpensive hotel, but cleanliness isn’t a hard accomplishment. I plan on calling corporate if I can get a number because sanitation in a hotel is bare minimum!!!! Don’t stay here!

Really liked the pillow top bed and even the pillows were fluffy. It was quiet and the breakfast was more than expected. The only negative was a bathtub that was peeling and should be replaced or refinished. Overall I would recommend it highly.

I travel a lot. This is one of my better stays, by far. Friendly check in at 2 a.m.. (late train.) Friendly early check out, (early flight.) Breakfast bar looked really good, but no time. Maid at the far end of the hallway wished me a good day and told me to drive careful. Great room, everything worked. Heat, hot water, felt good. I will be back.

Booked online because it had 8.4 star review. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reaked of smoke. Stains on chairs in room and on sheets. Would never stay there again.

Face tattoos and hookers in the hallways
This hotel was scary and disgusting. I was afraid for my safety. Once we checked in, we did leave the room until morning because I was afraid of the people staying on our floor. The front desk person was no where to be found when we got there, then a man covered in face tattoos came in from a back door to check us in. People yelling in the hallways all night. We stayed here to get off the road during a really bad snowstorm and I wish I had just stayed on the road driving in the awful weather rather than stay here. I forgot to mention the loud, laughing women screaming in the hallway at 3am. The reviews said it had a 7.5 rating, so I didn’t think it would be that bad. It was DISGUSTING and SCARY!

Sadly our non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes, it was horrible and when asked if I could switch rooms said they were booked, but online said they weren't, the front desk gentleman said he would try to find the machine to get the smoke smell out, but I guess he never found it . To add to it were kids running up and down the hallway, a dog barking in the room across the hall & a cat meowing next door
