« I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after. »

« Sorry but not a nice stay. The hallway/ stairway actually stinks of urine,so much so that my 4 year old grandson commented every time we entered or left,I would not recommend this place to anyone. My two grandsons share the double bed,the bedroom was the cleanest part of the apartment,which left me with a damp stained sofa bed,no thanks,I had to sleep on the unfolded sofa in my clothes,which made me feel scratty all the time, not a very nice weekend at all,just under £200 for 2 nights,not worth...

« sejour en demi teinte ,appartement bien place en centre ville.par contre pas de chauffage ,il a fait froid et humide . on n'avais pas wifi non plus. si on rajoute l'impossibilité de joindre des responsables pour reglé les problemes.plusieur numero on été testé et des messages ont été laissé sur la messagerie,sans resultats »

« The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam »

« Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. »

« Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road. »
