"Nous avons été "balancé" dans l'hôtel d'en face soit disant pour un problème de chambre alors qu'ils ont fait un surbooking, sans aucune indemnité et ils osent répondre à Expedia que nous ne nous sommes pas présenté !!! heureusement j'ai le voucher de leur part pour aller dans l'hôtel d'en face qui n'ai pas du tout au même standing (mais tout de même avec un personnel plus agréable) ! Etablissement à fuir et qui se fou totalement de ses clients et osent répondre n'importe quoi !!!!!"
