« I didn't like anything about this property. It was filthy,, outdated, cold water from the showers, poop on toilets when we checked in, ants crawling around the coffee machine, refrigerator that wasn't cold. The front office, cleaning and maintenance staff all suck and are lazy. They all could care less about the guests. The food was gross and cold. Stay away this place might look good at first but, you have been warned »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« The room that was prepared for me when I first arrived was not cleaned properly but front desk took care of right away. Stay was nice and clean from that point on. Slept well. Beds are not thick or new but comfortable. Will stay again when it town. »

« The water pressure was not strong in the shower, there were no USB ports by the bed and no guide for channels on the tv or wifi instructions but the room was clean and quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. »

« We were at the property for two nights. When we got our room it didn’t appear that the a/c was working very well. I turned it down as we like a cold room as we sleep. I could tell it wasn’t getting any cooler but it was late at night so we stayed in the room until morning. When we got up I went down to the front desk and explained the situation.
