Spring Break
The views of the mountains is amazing! The photos donât do it justice! The house was very clean, the towels and sheets were high quality. The mattresses and couches were very comfortable. We had plenty of fire wood and spent the evenings sitting by the cozy fire after a long day of hiking. The kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was that the internet was out. We got to the house on Sunday and couldnât hook up to the internet. We also couldnât get cell service in the house. We had to drive out of the neighborhood to get cell service to message the owner. He said the internet was down due to a recent storm. It still wasnât restored when we left on Wednesday.
The only other thing to note is that you must drive about a mile on a VERY primitive road to get to the house. We had two vehicles with us. The small truck had no trouble but the small car had difficulty. The snow wasnât cleared and the car was bottoming out and slipping and sliding on the icy mud and ruts.
