A EVITER ! prix élevé pour la qualité de ce motel
Assez déplorable... Frigo : HS WC : pas nettoyé et SALE !!! Douche : insectes dans le bac Miroirs et table de nuit : Sales Point positif : un jeune homme à l'accueil serviable, sympathique, efficace et à l'écoute car après nos réclamations une femme de ménage est venue dans les 10 minutes pour nettoyer.

agréablement surpris
L'endroit est sympa. L’accueille est vraiment super. La réceptionniste est vraiment agréable. La propreté de la chambre impeccable. Les lits sont confortables. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés..

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'hôtel malheureSement j'ai été malade mais j'ai pût compter sur le réceptionniste pour m'aider a trouve une pharmacie et avoir des conseil . Un grand merci au personnel .

hotel super propre. accueil sympathique et le receptionniste a été tres patient (on ne comprenais pas l histoire de taxe ajouté - ecrit en tout petit sur hotel.com). chambre agréable!

Hôtel très correct et bien placé par rapport à la ville, mais en bord de route et voie ferrée donc un peu bruyant... mais peu de roulage la nuit semble-t-il!

When we got into our room, the bathroom window was open and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor. So my first thought, is this bathroom has not cleaned. So, is the rest of room clean?

first no customer service in the morning could not get access to the only place to get coffee was in the office. would not answer bell door was still locked at 7:30 ? The room door dead bolt did not work ,could safely lock the the door ?

The room had an unusual, spicy scent that was difficult to tolerate. Unfortunately, the window faced an open corridor, making it unsafe to open for fresh air. The bed was placed on a metal frame, resulting in creaking noises with even the slightest movement. Additionally, the loud air conditioner and the noisy refrigerator disrupted our sleep throughout the night. Contrary to the online claim, there was no breakfast provided. I strongly advise against staying here unless you’re truly desperate to save money.

There were actually poop marks in the toilet and black mold all around the bathroom. Tons of damage in the room too. Cracks in the walls, flooring coming up, exposed screws and drywall damage. It was terrible.

Would not recommend this hotel ever
The room was at 50 degrees when I entered, no heat. The floor was dirty and dusty, the window was broken, the door frame was not finished insulation was exposed, the paint was chipped, and the hair and sheets were not clean, Asked for a 50-dollar damage deposit and the room was not as the picture was shown, Photos are miss leading. The grout was not clean.

Very cute little hotel we booked for New Years Eve. Both people I talked to at the front desk were friendly, and as we were checking out we realized we had left something in the room. They gave us back our keys to go get it with no problem.

Very bad customer service
Hotel customer service is terrible. We were driving to hotel for check in from Los Angeles. Got stuck up in traffic for 2 hours due to a fatal accident on the way. Called hotel to inform we will be 45 mins later than check in time limit of 11pm. They were not willing to accommodate or called up manager to get approval. The reception clerk went ahead and canceled our reservation leaving my family with kids scrambling to find alternative accommodation at 10 pm. Looks like they sold our rooms at a higher rate to another guest and wanted an excuse to cancel our reservation. In this holiday season we had a hard time getting alternative accommodation so late in the night.

The stay was wonderful. The first room tht was giving was a little disabled and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk they gave me another room. Thank youso much. The room was very clean and beautiful, safe.

The restroom wasn't clean, saw hair in the shower. The blinds was broken when i tried to close it. My husband had to fix it himself with his tools. I wasn't happy about the room. The bed was so hard, didn't sleep well.

The property is a little run down and could use a major scrubbing. There were areas of built up dirt in every corner, in the shower, in the grout. The flooring needs replaced and there was some water on the floor from the fridge (possibly why the floor is all warped up in the area around there??). We aren’t too picky, especially for one night but this place needs a good cleaning and some maintenance. No bugs, hot shower, free coffee, easy check in/out, good location and cheap!

This booking was done last minute since we arrived in Flagstaff a day earlier than planned and was not able to add another night to previous reservation at another motel. Room was large/roomy, clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was advertised but only thing offered was coffee. Shouldn't advertise unless you are going to provide.
