This lovely oceanfront condo is situated in an ideal location near the area's local restaurants, Historic St. Augustine, Daytona, beautiful state parks, and numerous golf courses. Fishers will adore the area's abundant fishing opportunities both on the beaches and on the Intracoastal Waterway. Additionally, as part of the Nautilus community, guests will have access to a shared pool, tennis court, and laundry services.

With dazzling oceanfront views, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities, the interior of this condo is one of pure peace and warm welcomes. The Smart TV in the living room provides the perfect indoor activity, whereas the well-equipped kitchen makes whipping up tropical treats easy. While all of this is being done, the turquoise waves never have to be out of sight.

The check in process is horrible, if you are thinking about renting here and you want to park in parking garage, you have to park the car out front, get out of car then access the front of building go to your room to get a key that opens underground parking. Very confusing, also from the parking garage it takes that key to use elevator. Inside Condo has an order, possibly animal urine on carpeted areas. The condo was clean but the smell was unpleasant. Absolutely Beautiful views, very quiet and peaceful. The furniture was very comfortable. There are washers and dryers available on each floor takes quarters to use. Overall a 3 rating because of having to use a key to open some of the doors around property. I realize this building was probably built in the 70’s so that is probably the reason. If you are traveling with multiple adults there should be at least two keys in case people want to go their separate ways.

This is a spacious, well located, and well kept property. It’s just a one or two minute walk to the beach, and the views are spectacular from the spacious balcony and all three bedrooms in the unit. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The Nautilus 306 condo is all that a family of 7 requires after enjoying fun in the sun or simply sitting on the balcony watching the waves tag each other. I especially liked the keyless entry to the building upon arrival. Safety precautions involved retrieving the elevator and gate key to the underground garage, which is located in the condo. Once retrieving the key, we walked through the side door of the garage so that we could press the button to let the gate up. We took the stairs located behind parking space 306. The condo is just inside the 3rd floor hallway.Once using the keypad to enter, we were excited about the cleanliness, variety of kitchen utensils, board & card games and beach equipment. There's a choice of using the Keurig coffee maker or original coffee pot.The location and costs are second to none and Nautilus 306 is Beach Ready!!arrival. The

Very Spacious with great views of the Atlantic Ocean from every room. Bedding and furnishings were well appointed. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes , silverware and coffee makes etc. On the negative side, The carpet in hallway and one bedroom could be cleaned. The chairs on the balcony are very rusty and need immediate replacement. The host should have advised us that the tennis/pickle ball was under repair and not available. Also should have advised that Sea wall was being constructed and not direct access to beach as advertised and very noisy all day to boot. This was well known and could have altered out decision to stay there. I contacted the host to complain and asked for compensation. A refund of roughly 5% was credited.I can say more but sum up as a great beach condo that need better management needed.

Huge apartment. Very clean, a little dated, but it suited our purposes. Even had underground parking, which I appreciated. Will try to rent again if and when we decide to go down to Florida

This was our 2nd time staying at the condo. Perfect location. Stocked with most things you need for a beach vacation. Could use a few new beach chairs. There was construction happening right across the street, which was a bit loud and unsightly, but we wouldn’t let that keep us from coming back. The views from every room cannot be beat. We will definitely be back.

I felt the Condo needed updated. Blinds didn’t work well. Carpet had an odor. Had to carry a key to access most doors. Garage opening was a joke. First u have to go into condo get the key, Drive up to garage,Get out of car use key to open side door, then go inside push button to open. When you got off the elevator to your condo the hallways smelled like an assistant living home. We were disappointed.

Check in was confusing. No one told us we had to go into condo to get key in order to get into garage. The first morning we found out pool was closed for a week. Despite a notice dated prior to our stay, nobody notified us. Then on our first morning, multiple trucks parked across the street and our beach access was roped off and we only then found out the beach was under renovation and the beach access was more difficult to manage with my younger family. The management should of had the courtesy to at least make us aware of this. There was alot of equipment and very early morning noise ( before 7)Then mid week, the building was undergoing some type of repair obviously requiring significant drilling making it difficult to relax in the condo and disruptive to activities. There was not a sun umbrella as promised and the beach chairs were behind the window treatments where nobody would have ever looked.Our first 3 requests to inform us where they were not returned. Only on the 3 rd day of our stay did someone return our texts. Overall a very poor experience with this company. We would have appreciated notice of pool closing and beach renovation so we could made an informed decision of whether this was the proper place for us. We had ongoing communication with management throughout our stay
