A must go for the price!
I was impress with the quality of the room. Everything was clean, a full kitchen with cutlery, wine glass. The bed was really comfy! A big walkin shower, I highly recommend The Hyatt House.

Very polite customer service! The pool was small but great temperature. The jacuzzi was great. The room was not clean well, but we only stayed two nights so I did not care much! The breakfast was great. I would Recommened it

Location is great. The room was spacious. Pool and fitness room were clean. Property showing a little age. Staff did not go out of their way to be welcoming. Would stay again.

The only thing about our stay at this time we did not like was the pillows. They were very old and raggedy and did not provide good support for head when sleep. The property was really clean and well kept otherwise.

We needed a room for four, and we paid for a king suit, which had a king sized bed and a sofa bed for our kids to share. The room didn’t have any bedding on the pullout, and it only had two towels. When we called to ask for pillows and bedding for the pullout, first they couldn’t find pillows, and the blanket was so thin that my kids were freezing. Since getting the bedding at all was such a pain (attendant said they could t find pillows, but why not get them from one of the unbooked rooms? There were plenty), we only called down a few times. Never got the towels, kids had to sleep in their clothes. It seemed the attendant was young and handling things on her own, but not being able to get us enough bedding made for a crappy night. If you’re going to charge for a larger room, make sure it’s equipped so that everyone can be comfortable.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean & spacious. No fault of the hotel but the pool and jacuzzi was inindated with 15 kids each night.....no relaxing after a hard days work there but plenty of dinning options close by
