Had roaches and i woke up with some kind of bites all down my arm that grew the size if a Nickel in diameter and it's been a few days and hasn't gone down yet I've been applying alcohol in attempts that it would go away may go to urgent care for something would never stay there again

Everything was ok until I killed two cockroches in the bathroom I checked the whole room over to make sure there wasn't any more lucky there was only two

Was a great place for what we needed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We would use again when in area.

The staff was very friendly and prompt to fix repairs. However, there were quite a few insects inside the room. The room needs to be exterminated.

The clerk at the front desk was very rude to me on the phone two different occasions before check in, and was literally yelling and contradicting himself during the check in. That made it very uncomfortable, and the breakfast area was dirty with little options except white sausage links and scrambled eggs sitting in a tray of water

Would never recommend this motel, garbage over flowing in every can,dirty mattresses stacked up by pool, poor water pressure in room so filling the hot tub took forever. Very disappointed 😞

Great staff! Room quality is on par with price
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was just a bit dingy I guess is the best way to describe it. Smelled a bit musty. Overall was fine and on late for the cost but is nothing fancy. It serves its purpose

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE
From the minute we checked in there was a kid running back and forth over us… well which I thought until my husband seen the curtains opened over us. So it was another room upstairs near us. I called the front desk. They did nothing and I called back and asked why they didn’t and was hung up on. Going to check into another hotel.

Great access to freeway, nice shower, :: Bed had not been changed and sasquatch had used it before, terrible, breakfast was hot but seemed very poor quality. Seemed like a lot of non english people from around the world were there. They charge $15 a night for a service dog!!

Next door neighbors were smoking, drinking and talking loud with TV cranked up until 1 am. Obnoxious! Walls were thin so heard noise from upstairs rooms too.

Clean and comfy, decently priced
The clerk at the desk was super friendly. The room was very clean, bed bug check came back clear too! Only minor issue was the jacuzzi tub was missing the knob to turn on the jets and it was kind of gross down in there so we used the little shampoo to turn it on (it was the perfect size! Ha ha ). Otherwise, everything was good. There were some shady characters staying there but I after visiting Findlay for the second time (softball tourney), I think it’s just the area and could not be avoided. Will stay again for softball. Thank you!

We were told the room was non smoking and it smelled overwhelming with smoking. The other guests were not respectful of those needing sleep. We left early because we were having breathing problems because of the smell and too much noise. We will not be staying here again.

Great staff, they really do care about making my stay a good experience. I stayed a week and was quite impressed with the breakfast, the cleanliness and the safety of the area. Great lighting around the parking. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Comfortable bed. They are under new management for about two years and the staff told me how much improvement has been made. I would ignore any reviews made in the past 18 months. The price is reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Lost reservation
I prepaid for non-refundable stay here shortly before it changed owners. I’ve received several emails confirming my upcoming stay at Super 8, even though it was a Fairbridge Inn when I booked it. When I arrived they did not honor the reservation and made me pay again, saying I needed to contact hotels.com because they didn’t have a reservation for me. They even looked at my payment confirmation email. I stayed one night and was honestly glad to not stay there the second night I had booked. The bedding was gross and uncomfortable. I haven’t received a refund yet and Super 8 wasn’t interested in helping me get one, hopefully Hotels.com will respond to my email I sent.
