« Très pratique à 10 min du centre de York à pieds. Hôtel immense, mais service impeccable, petit déjeuner complet. Pour se garer, demander le QR code pour le parking près de Starbucks à 5 min à pieds. Beaucoup moins cher que celui de l'hôtel. »

« The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only issue I experienced was that the water in the bathroom was too hot and there was no way to make it cooler. Apart from this, everything was good. »

« I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...
