« Our stay was overshadowed by the host sending us a series of unpleasant and increasingly threatening messages. We were travelling up from Nottingham because we had a funeral the following day. When we got there we had some elderly family members visit us at around 7pm in the evening. « Great location in St Andrew’s. Was a bit surprised to find the garbage and recycling bins in the hallway once you come in the main door of the building. Stayed only 2 nights on our trip so can’t really say a lot more »

« This was a great place for 3 couples to stay. Each couple had a king-size bed and their own bathroom. The place is well insulated and we were surprised at how quiet it was. We were there during a heat wave but it cooled off enough at night by tipping the windows out. (The windows can be opened 2 different ways.)There is a walking trail near the property that goes straight into St. Andrews (about a 15-20 minute walk). « Charming town, easy access to train to Edinburgh. The studio is nicely designed and decorated. Unfortunately, access to the unit was very poor - the code sent to us was incorrect, and the host was unresponsive. We finally gained access after talking with a VRBO supervisor who was able to pull up the correct code that the previous guest used. Unfortunately, the code changed again the second night, and we were only able to gain access by using a different combination of the original 4-digit code....

« Place was spacious and clean. Close to everything and plenty of parking. We were given the wrong code to enter the house. Communication with host was not great. Slow to respond and sometime don’t respond at all. Asked host for fans as there was no AC and it was hot. Had to reach out a couple of times. They left the fans in the condo while we were asleep without letting us know they were coming by. Washer/dryer was a nightmare to operate. Overall, only ok for the price. »

« Clean property was as described.We were here for three weeks. Owner very responsive to issue with the boiler. And shortfall in cutlery.Cleaned weekly would recommend of friends looking for a short term place. »
